20" stockers. open market price for new tread 20" stockers is around $1200.

140 / 4 * $1200 = $42,000

It may take a little while to unload 35 sets.

No lug nuts in that pic either, wonder if they took them too?

At least they had the courtesy to put blocks under the rotors instead of setting them down on the rotors.

A stealership is the victim of stealing?............How ironic!

the dealership kept the lugnuts when they took the wheels off so they could put the wheels back on once the insurance gave them a check for the new wheels...

This might not be so far-fetched. I mean, what thief is going to take the time to bring 140 wooden blocks to put the vehicles up on? That takes time and means you care? Why would a thief do such a thing? Why would a thief give a damn about the vehicles themselves?

Bobo.

I don't think thieves would have wasted time putting them all up on those blocks.... something suspicious going on.

inside job or not, I would have to think that someone saw that shit going on! That's crazy. How many jacks, batteries, and people do you really think were involved? And like said before, an 18 wheeler had to be the haul vehicle...couldve also been the vehicle used to block the view from people seeing what was going on.

The only reason you have blocks is because you can't get your jack back out if you set that sombitch on the frame.

Take a look at how they moved the portable curbs under the car, once again to get the jack back, so I've heard.

shoulda invested in those 30$ locking lugs. At least might have slowed down that cobra theft alittle. I know i made sure to park mine right in the view of the garage cameras everytime, i heard too many horror storys from mustang week just like that.

Locking lugs only keep honest people away. They sell tools (most tool trucks)to remove them, just as easy as a stock lug nut.
