That is what the progressive is set at. No delay 30% initial hit ramped in to 100% at 1.2seconds. Our best 60ft is when its set like that. That video at dorchester thats posted on here is when it was on 40%. Anti Roll Bar should be here at the begining of next week

Its at 30% ramped at 1.2 and its a 150hp. 1.2x 60ft. ARB is on the way
I all you are gonna hit it with is 150, put on an anti-roll, and take all of the delay out of it. Or put a real pill in it and get the progressive dialed in. If it will 60ft in the 20x then go for teens but I doubt you have the chassis for that if does not have a roll bar on it. But that is something to shoot for, ET you can get in the 1st 100ft is worth its weight in gold....And I do not want to hear excuses with the stock block, I hit a stock windsor block with a lot more gas than that for almost 10 years, even had a cast crank, short block was never taken out of the car until the cam dowel broke. Dont take any the wrong way I like your car, it reminds me of the car I started in, keep it up and the ET's will come..

No I haven't driven it. Kirkey's aren't made for fat people. When we work on it together as a team and set it up as team. Then its consider our 60ft and et. I'm sure half the people on this site consider it nut hugging but I dont give a rats ass what they think.

That is only considered when you have nothing to do with the car IMO..at least you guys are racing that is more than most do these days, most are fastrer on a keyboeard than a drag strip...hats off for actually racing! I agree about the Kirkeys!

What year block were you running and how big of a pill? brandon's is a 90 model 351. Alot of people say not to shoot a newer model windsor. We are gonna go to a 200 maybe try a 250 once we get the ARB on it.

It was a 77 model that we had gotten out of an LTD. Had a cast steel SCAT crank, h-beams and some cheap HEAVY pistons in it. Had a good top-end however with and off-shelf grind comp cams solid roller....612/612 I remember but do not remember the other numbers. Had a NOS big shot plate jetted at 82/83 IIRC fuel pressure was somewhere between 4.5 and 5. It has been quite a while since we had this motor together. Car would go 6.teens on motor ( best of 6.02) and ran really well on the gas. It was a 10:1 flat top motor. After the windsor broke , a 8.2 based motor has been put together to run on horsepower and is showing promise! The cool thing about that car is it was a mid 5 sec ride and did not have 10k in it...oh and it had a 3.50 gear in it with a c-4

We also had a stock windsor block that was in a silver hatch that had an edelbrock plate that was jetted 99/102. It was a higher compression motor and we never hurt it, but it only made about 15 passes before someone wanted the car more than we did. The blue car with the 77 model block had 100s and 100s of passes on it!

Thats pretty much the same setup as Brandon's car except he has a hydraulic roller and a 4.10 rear gear.

The motor was 393 inches, older tfs "r" head, super victor, aed 950, and the cam was an off shelf grind. Car started as a 6.70/5.90 car and over the years the little things we learned just helped it get faster. I still have the timeslips somewhere, I will dig some of them up.
