Since I'm really having little luck with finding some good stock LS1 5.7 pistons and rods, anyone know where a good no-work-needed 5.3 LS crankshaft is at for sale? I have one, but it spun at least one rod bearing and I don't want to turn it....I may wind up doing that, but if it can be avoided I will avoid it....

Some claim that they all interchange, others say they don't. The counterweights on the 6.0 crank are different and lighter than the ones from a 5.3 or a 5.7 due to the 6.0 having a heavier set of rods/pistons. The reluctor wheel is the same, though. The 5.7 is also a lighter crank since it is gun-drilled
I already have a 5.7 crank from a 60k mile 2002 WS6, but would rather keep it and use it on the next build. I guess if I can't find one I will just take my 5.3 crank to the machine shop and get it turned.
