Or maybe ill go over to my dads and get my car out of his driveway and go for a drive and ponder it a while. If i can hear myself think over my wheel bearings that are howling like a coyote.

LOL! I probably put more money into my MIL's house than your dubblewide cost. And not unemployment money either, money made WORKING for myself. If only I could aspire to be a concrete pump mechanic, then I would really be something!
