Default 2006 Chevy 2500HD P0036/P0141 codes

Anyone have any ideas on the following codes: P0036, P0054, P0141

1. What side is bank 1?
2. Which sensor is number 2?
3. Is it more likely the circuit or the sensor?
4. Does anyone have the factory service manual with correct diagnosis procedures for the circuit and sensor?

Any help is greatly appreciated. The truck has no driveability issues and doesn't seem to de-rate the power.

Thanks
Art

Bank 2 sensor 1 is normally right bank before cat
Bank 2 sensor 2 is normally right bank after cat

Thanks, is it usually the sensor or the circuit when you have all 3 codes?

It is a rear O2 so it is after the cat and has nothing to do with the running of the car; it is just there to see if the cat is working.

To have all 3 I would say check wiring first.
