How? It's a contraction, If you're not able to use what it is contracting in its normal form then it isn't correct.

"Your" is the possessive, which is wrong in this case, "you're" would have been correct. It becomes more apparent when you include what the contraction is hiding: "If you are 18-21..."

Its "If YOU ARE into drag racing....." so its you're. "Your" shows possession as in "Are you taking YOUR badass 5.3 turbo four-eye to TX2K13 this year? I hope YOU'RE planning on turning up the boost cause there are some fast cars out there!
