PRO5.0 is garbage, TriAx w/ comfort pro handle is my 2nd favorite shifter.

Not sure what vehicle you had yours in but in a 4th gen F-body, there is not a better shifter. I tried SLP short throw, Hurst Competition, Hurst Pro Billet, B&M Ripper and finally a PRO 5.0 w/Lou's short stick; search was over. I wish they made one for the vettes.


MGW is the best one out there Ryan, buy it and you will not be disappointed. If you are; I'll trade you my Z06 Short Throw shifter and cash.

pro 5.0 that i used in my 04GT for a short while was junk. the shift lever was WAY too short for no reason whatsoever.

I liked the stock G8 shifter that everyone bitched and complained about as well.
