Default 351 Roller for sale

I have a roller 351 shortblock. It is disassembled currently. I picked it up to build but I've changed my mind. I dropped the rods and pistons off with a friend who has a tank he's going to clean them up for me. Block will need to be cleaned, new cam bearings installed. It HAS been clearanced for a stroker motor as well but never built. Have the stock rotating assembly to go with it. NO cam present. All the lifters are there and pushrods but its missing the spider hold down for the lifters. Also have a stock balanacer to go with it. Comes with an ARP balancer bolt still new in the package and arp oil pump drive shaft, and arp flywheel bolts.

You'd need the spider hold down and a cam to have a complete short block. Lemme know if your interested and I'll get some pictures. I do NOT believe it needs to be bored at all. Run a hone through it to clean up the cross hatch and reassemble with new rings and bearings. IF it doesnt sell Im going to put it together and sell its as a complete fresh shortblock.

$350

If you build it, the best thing you can do is get a set of roller lifters that is tethered in pairs and never put the spider back in. The spider doesn't like much RPM and it will kick out a dog bone and ruin the cam among many things..

The plan was to use link bar lifters but if I "build" it.... it would only be a stock shortblock build. Not going to use it at all. I'd only build / assemble it to sell as a complete ready to bolt in shortblock.
