Default Boat Question

My father in law gave me a boat. It has low compression on 1 cylinder(damaged piston) and has been sitting in the water for some time until I pulled it out. It's a 2000 16' Sea Fox and 2001 Johnson 70. Since it was always sitting on the water, it has that dirty waterline mark. It was in the Goose Creek Reservoir. It's got an aluminum trailer with it also.

Any thoughts?

Having more fun with running and kayaking.. Taken the ski out a bunch of times already.. Boat still sitting. It's easier to go on other people boats! Plus there are sooo many idiots out on the water right now.
