Don't like O burg, they cater to the pro mods too much and sometimes woln't let you run if they have a bunch of big money cars out there.

LOL, so no tech. That's what I need until I get my cage in, which will be a while.

So were does everyone want to go to, Bowman or Midway and on the 12th or 13th?

Bowman track is better than Midway, that should make the choice easier.

Return road on bowman is terrible. Also there is no sign to display E.T.

I'm good for Bowman. All the cars are NT anyway.

Sounds like you better make your own decision. Too many picky SOBs on here.

Bowman isn't a bad place. Return road may not be the greatest. But everything else is. Can't complain considering the track is pretty much just starting out from NOTHING

I didn't have a problem with bowman. My only gripe was the et display, but apparently its common around here because of the grudge racing.

Are you going to trailer your car to bowman?

Ive been to 7 different tracks with my car so far and in my opionions are.......
Rankings
#1. Carolina Dragway (because the groove is wide as hell and hooks like hell)
#2. Bowman (Nice sleeper track that hooks just as good as the other tracks and doesnt have techs chasing you around like Orangeburg Dragstrip)
#3. Midway (Same reason as #2)
#4. Savannah River Dragway (same as #2)
#5. Orangeburg Dragstrip (hooks very well but their tech guy is a lil sickning and he will chase your car down the 1/8 if he doesnt see a Cert. sticker inside of it, but better safe then sorry.
.
.
.
.
#6 Dorchester Dragway (Very inconsistant track, May hook this sunday, but not next sunday, instead of searching for a roll bars and safety items they search for leaks under your car, they never check the top end of the track, they only glue the track if sum1 has and oil down, down time is usually atleast 30min to 1hour, the list goes on.

#7 Silver Street Raceway (Car only hooked when I footbraked it after blowing the tires off twice while transbraking I talked to a couple locals in the area and they told me the track is only prepped well on big events and on test n tune nights they only glue the track to the 60 foot or the 330, and sometimes its not glued at all)

My car runs the same times like an bracket car so I feel that I can actually blame it on the track conditions. Out of 40+ passes/60foots between 7 different tracks Ive blew the tires off 4 times and 2 at Dorchester Dragway and 2 at Silver Street Raceway.
