Ignore the red light, I thought it was going to be a pro tree, so I went as soon as I seen yellow.
In my opinion the truck planted then immediately started spinning. I guess I need to go on a warmer day to make sure it wasn't the track. On this pass I went 7.285 with a 1.684 60'. Let me know what you guys think. http://carolinahorsepower.com/Video/....7.285.8th.wmv |

Pretty cool. It looks like it bounces a good bit. It may just be the speed of the video but it looks like it transfers the weight and then the rear rebounds giving the spin.

The launch looks good. Just a hint of bounce. It might be time for a 4-link and some adjustable shocks.

4 link would be nice. Can't do it though. Most FFW & NMRA classes require stock suspension.
I'm just going to try a few 80lb bags of concrete and see what that does. |

If you want i can just roll around back ther 190 lbs should give you should extra traction, and i can get a free FAST ride down the track. BTW my truck idles much smoother now.

I think he mashed those rims deep enough into the tires on that launch.

I dont know where you can find it but on spike tv a couple of weeks ago i saw they had a bag that can put in the bed of your truck that holds water.
I think they said when full it weighs about 200# and when you take off the weight transfers to the back behind the axel. To top it of its rip, tear, and puncture proof. |

That bounce def. didn't help, I dunno if the tires were spinnin or the rim's were spinnin on the tires on that bounce. But it looked like they were flat , that launch was wierd?????

Does anyone else see the rim bounce off of the ground or is it just me....i zoomed in on the tire and it looks like to me that the rim hits the ground and shoots the truck back in the air causing it to bounce so much....maybe all the problem is, too little of air in the slicks. How much air were you running?
