lol englistown... biggest raceway in the usa..

nyce1s only holds event at english/raceway park or atco..
big money big pwoer cars.. allot of import/domestic stuff on the street. since the only track is englisgtown and island most of the big dollar race stuff is left to the street.. they will litterly lock down a 3/4 lane highway block traffic to run.

It might be the biggest, but if thats the norm. I'll pass. You can see the same crap when ever you want at Jackson or Dorchester. Its funny to watch, but if your wanting to make a pass and there sitting there in the staging lanes in the way running there mouth. That will just piss you off.

I use to run englishtown all the time in the late 70's and 80's until I moved to Mississippi, It never use to be like that.

lock down lanes, they use to run on I-440 and I-287 all the time.

it may be different with the older croud. but now with the internet and muscle/import stuff things have really changed.

allot of the big tuners in the import community are nyc locals or very close to it.like
turbotrix
mignightauto
dynoflash
and many many more
tuners like jr and kuna

are all local to that track.. they put up big money and talk big to get it to happen.

allot of the guys are really kew and usually got a heafty ammount tied up and are out to prove something everyone wants to be top dog...ive seen some serious money change hands in 1 run at the track and on he street up their and that was 5-6 years ago.. i can only imagine what is running around now.

i will admit allot of this goes on of the camera tho.. especially at the big dyno shoot outs.. thats where its layed on the line and people start the call out.. most of the big races are going on around jfk airport..

honestly im glad they still are hard at it it is people like them that push the envelope to further performance/technology... they got the bank/sponcers to roll like that im all 4 it.
