I believe it is the same throttle body as the Lightning.

i'd have to go look but i believe the lightning t/b sensor is on the other side and the cables are reverse also, but like i said i need to go look

Pretty sure you can dissasemble it and switch it , I have a cobra single blade throttle body on my truck that has been swapped. If not i think Daryl B had a sbtb from a cobra he was getting rid of.

All I have is a stock 03/04 Cobra throttle body and an 03 Mach 1 throttle body. I sold the accufab single blade I had..
