I hear ya!
this truck doesnt need this stuff...
i need to spend my time on the 'race car'.
we are close on getting it running-just have to get some radiator hoses and do the wiring and shes ready. well bolt down the shifter and get the headers on it but otherwise its very close. then that's when the real fun begins!

how heavy are the cars that dont have converter issues? It seems to be the issue that youre describing to me also. If youre 500+ lbs heavier, then that's a HUGE factor in the converter working or not.
