Yep, Im on my 3rd set since 2003. The firsts were done under warranty and I did the last set myself. The dealer pinched 2 O rings when they did them, and guess which 2 injectors failed. I did mine a year ago and adjusted the valves and it made a huge difference. Before I had to add 1qt every 5,000 miles and my oil would be black within 1,000 miles. Just changed my oil yesterday at 5,000 miles, looked like a gaser's oil, brown not even black.

Truck looks great, looks like someone took care of it. Honestly the 5 switch is almost a waste with a stock trans and without a lift pump. I have been running a 250hp tune since 07 or 08 and never change it. I cant even tell you what year it was when the last time I turned the switch. It was fun to play with when I first put in but thats about it. It gets the best fuel mileage with that tune and it pulls my race car trailer the best but I do have to watch my egt's. A 100hp is all you can run safely and pull anything you want without watching egt's or worrying about anything. Anything above 100hp and it gets real easy to limp the stock transmission.
Besides the injectors lb7's are great, zero emission stuff or cats from GM. Thats a big reason I still have mine, its been a great truck. You can check your balance rates on you injectors with efi live and see what kind of shape they are in, if your curious.
