Beat on it till it breaks, then fix it. cobra t56's can hold some stupid power. I keep praying mine holds together for a long time.

I have a built 4l60e from him, not a T56. I know 1 slow z is running one of his t56 transmissions though.

Upgrade the input shaft, shifter and consider synthetic fluid. I've seen those mods on twin turbo cars handling crazy horsepower and taking it routinely. Maybe do a search on SVTP and see what some guys are doing on their T56's or say f' it and go with an auto trans.

i already have a liberty 26input shaft/syncromesh fluid, i has talking more like steel shift forks and carbon syncros? i was really debating the auto swap..but i would like to still have the fun factor.

bent and snapped my 27 spline t56
