Man talk about frustrating wheel hop all night. I need to figure out what's causing it before I start breaking halfshafts.

First run I had it at normal which was 34. I then dropped it down to 29 and still had it.

I tried playing around with combinations of the waterbox and burnouts/cleaning but nothing seemed to make a huge difference. It was so bad at times that I'd be in second gear and let off because of the hop...let it coast a sec, and then try to east into it but even THEN it would wheel hop.

These are street tires that have many autox heat cycles on them though..

Hmmm...maybe I should have tried lowering them some more then. Oh well too late now. Was just frustrating and scary (really didn't want to break something).

Had a great time at the track last night. The track was working pretty good for me even with all the street cars making passes. Was able to cut a new best sixty foot of 1.59 on my last run. Car is now going straight and no longer skating down the track after having it aligned last week.

Me and Darrryl lined up and he cut an almost perfect light while I sat there watching him do it. I was barely able to squeak by him at the stripe to claim the victory cheeseburger lol. I'll be getting the video of our run sometime today and will post it when I do.

On my last run me and Rob (Foose04) lined up. He had some traction problems which allowed me to get out ahead and I was able to hold him off. We will definitely line them up again Rob, so you can have your revenge lol. Here is the video courtesy of Mr. Camaro.

Here's my clips and got the clips of Neal getting it done. Congrats on the 60 man, I dead hooked as well early in the night, but last 2 passes was a joke. Truck had more then enough, but it wasn't going get it done there last night. Even rolled thru beams on a smokey and still nothing for the home team. I've also decided it time red gets a shift light, me and the 7k limiter have been seeing way to much of each other lately. Good times though, made it home safely!

Slip is first pass (hit limiter on shift) and then run against Neal pass. My likely best pass is the video (first run) but slip booth never printed.
