I wonder what he was running for.....probably either stole the car or had warrants, etc. I didn't see him throw anything out..... Trying to run away on foot in broad daylight is not gonna work. Glad he didn't kill anyone in all the residential areas.....

I think he might have gotten away at certain points in the chase if it wasn't a motorcycle cop. It was still dumb to run though.
