Default my boat

2004 17ft action craft
2008 175 optimax

boat runs 72mps on GPS with 0 trim. i touch trim i bang alarms for rev limiter/low water pickup.

if i ever reprop and get LWP it should run 80. i like gettin to the fishin spots fast!

I do slay some cobia. and the season starts in days.. saw the broad river bridge loaded this past weekend. dont think one was caught yet though. water temp still needs 2-3 more degrees imo. the bait pods havent showed up yet also.

I bet that thing would be faster than 80 with a LWP and a good prop. Nice boat.

matt you think the hull will do 80+mph? it gets little iffy at 65-72 with the lift/dog walk feeling.

You've got the power to run 80 IMO. You will just need to be brave to drive through the chine walk. I am still working on that with mine... lol

lol matt reads a couple boat threads, buys a slow boat now hes an expert. If you drive your boat like your car..the poor thing will never go fast.

Bitch I grew up in boats faster than you "ride in". The only thing fast you've experience is your balding pattern. Definitely not that Z28 you had in 2001.

Love ya.
