Weld Cobra drag pack - New tires

I need these out of my garage, selling for a friend.
$900 includes weld center caps. I'll polish the set up for an extra $100.
Tires have only been around the block, no burnouts or passes.

03-04 cobra bolt pattern, so 5x114.3

front runners 165/80/15
Rears 325/50/15
