Do not buy an "unlocked" tuner off ebay or anywhere else. I lost my ass on one once and because I had the device they deemed the sale fair.

Yea definitely not buying one off ebay. Trying to get one off of a forum from a reputable member.

I talked with Matt about it, he had a good price on a new one, but unfortunately there's still a pretty wide gap between new and used handhelds. Need to save my pennies! CPS will be seeing the Mustang soon though.
