not that much. do a little research on factory replacement stuff that works. i used lincoln mark 7 front rotors and then do the aftermarket replacement 5 lug rotors from summit or i heard curtian ford ranger axles work.
Moser axles were 250 the rotors were 120 for the pair

2 Left side ranger axles. Also the rear brake set-up from, I believe, a 97 explorer. If I remember correctly, that is what is in the Ford Racing conversion kit. Will also add rear disc brakes. I think for the front, you can swap to 94-04 spindles and brakes.
