You talking about the Heartbeat truck that wrecked Friday?

Billy is my little cousins father... as far as I know he is fine. He was by the house today but I was not there to talk to him about the wreck. I would like to find out if he is able to save the truck or not.

What was the deal with the wreck today? Looked like a black s-10 wrecked near the traps as it was starting to rain. I saw it as I was getting in my yukon.

your cousins father told everyone his wishbone or something broke on it.

The blue s-10 appeared to have control arm come loose

It really sucks. I have seen this truck come together for the last 7-8 years. I hope it wasn't as bad as it appears. From what he told me last weekend, the truck was really riding out.

I thought it might have been due to rain.

it was due to rain. both cars were sideways because of water. the track was hooking good before it started raining. it was too wet for them to make the trip. i understand the reason but was not worth the cost.

Yea, I just got confirmation by several witness' that the primered truck let off because the other car got sideways due to slight drizzle and he might have over corrected. Just no one got hurt so that is all that mattered.

If it started to rain, why was the race even allowed to go?

The truck itself is totaled. He thinks he broke an axle. His brother also has a truck and I think they are just going to take turns with it till Billy can build another.
