Few pix of the motor swap
Figured I would post a few pix of the recent swap for the 5.0.
Went with the stock rods and crank with the sealed power hyper pistons with moly rings. Bottom end was balanced and block was punched .030 over. Needs a tune pretty bad but with the Army keeping me as busy as they have I really havent had time to get it done. Yesterday some idiot in a parking lot decided to play bumper cars with it and took off so if anyone does or knows someone who does minor colision repair cheapish let me know!       And the bumper car dent. Looks like they hit the bumper and it pushed up on the rear quarter sheet metal causing the dent... All I need is for someone to pull the metal straight so I can take care of the rest.

DAMN that sucks about the hit. I like the charge pipe hanging down low in the front though. Looks mean.

Yeah it does suck. I have a cobra bumper that I had sent out today from my old place in Cali. Luckily it didn't crease the metal or any of that. Just kinda pushed it up and caused the dent. Gonna take it around to a few places for estimates tomorrow. Hopefully wont cost too much.
Thinking about going with a treadstone horizontal core fmic that doesn't hang quite as low. I like the look of it but don't want it to get hung up on something.
