its a desirable car, but i know these problems are really going to run buyers away. its got 2 really big hitters on the fix list. i could fix the trans and sell a complete t56 swap, and the engine would actually be a quick fix as well. if i had enough time and motivation, i could fix the problems and put the car back together. but at this point its going to take a lot for me just to take the thing back apart again. when i was going back together with it, i was counting on the engine being ready to rock and roll.... so i spent some money on a new a/c compressor and stuff like that, only to fire the thing up for the first time and see smoke coming out the exhaust.
very frustrating.
