That is pretty hard to understand. So does that say it is a nitrous only race? And are you going to allow radials?
Is it a small block class, and then a serparate big block class? What about the small blocks that don't give a damn about a big block? Can those cars double enter and try to win it all?

If this is NOS only, please explain why.

Chris Tuten has an Turbo and he has been dominating most of the stock suspension races so I understand why they dont want turbos in this race. (he only dominates when Killintime is in the house and not at the track)

Why not try add an all motor class?

Tuten runs consistent 4.90's on 28's. He wins because he is consistent. And the races he has dominated have been a low car turnout with exception to Darlington earlier in the year. If a big block with several systems can't run a 4.90 then they deserve to get their head kicked in. Small blocks can run 4.90's too, do some research.
Don't kick the man out of the race because he has worked hard and got a consistent tune up.

I see your point. I never used nitrous or a turbo before, but I heard turbos can make alot more power than nitrous. (not sure how true that is)

Generally speaking, a turbo will make more power than NOS, but a NOS car will almost always 60' and 330' better than a turbo car. A turbo car has to rely on the horsepower and mph to try to drive back around.
The other SS races from this year have been good close races, so I don't see any need to mess it up.

For a track trying to improve car count and special occasion racing participation, why eliminate anyone?

Radial tire class means no drag radials like mt, bfg, nittos etc right? Just a normal tire like kuhmos, pirelli, dunlop , all terrains, seasonal etc. Pretty much tires that people put on cars that see no track use at all correct?
