1000 bucks for a single disk or a little more for a lighter twin... why settle for a single disk is my question?

Apparently so lol, I don't think I've ever paid more than 5 or 6 hundred bucks for a clutch/flywheel setup.

its one of those places you really cant cheap out... people buy 400 dollar converters and wonder why their shit will 60ft and fall on its face on top end instead of spending 1000 on one. It also helps to know people with parts laying around.

Couldn't tell hardly any difference from the Mcleod RXT Twin to the stock LS7 clutch. I was running a billet steel flywheel though. I bet Redline could get a good price for you!

Just put a twin disk setup in a customers diesel farm truck. 1500 bucks for the clutch alone. South Bend.

all the other ls3 cars come with an ls7 clutch, gxp's did not and got the worlds wimpiest setup. the stock clutch pedal is "absurdly light" per motor trend... cobalt had the same kinda clutch to start with, they had the clutch slip before the tires would to help the car hook and keep it from tearing stuff up from idiots doing rev limit clutch dumps.
